Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
We are currently relocating our Auckland Store so orders may be delayed 1-2 days
from being dispatched. We are working hard to get your order out to you as quickly
as possible. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Auckland public holidays
are not processed until the following business day.
Florsheim gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise,
excluding items marked Clearance, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of
the original purchase. Unworn, undamaged Clearance items (which end in $0.90) can
be returned for an exchange.
