At Florsheim we are continuing to be committed to doing all we can to protect the health and safety of our team, customers and the greater community. In re-opening our stores we have implemented the below additional steps to our regular health and safety procedure:

-Providing hand sanitiser and other optional PPE to our store teams
-Implementing a frequent store cleaning roster for all commonly shared surfaces including counter, seating, point of sale screen and keyboard, iPad, telephone, EFTPOS machine and keypad.
-Observing Government guidelines regarding social distancing and numbers of people in store
-Card only payments to reduce the touchpoints between customers and our team.
-We have also asked that our team continue to look after each other by not coming to work if they are exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms.

We will continue monitoring the ongoing situation in line with direction from the relevant Government and health organisations and will adjust our actions accordingly and ensure you are kept up-to-date with our processes via our digital channels.

Finally, I would like to thank all of our customers who have continued to support our brand and our team during this unprecedented time, we are looking forward to welcoming you back into our store and providing you with the service you have come to expect from the Florsheim team.
