Click & Collect is available free of charge at all of our stores and is a great way to ensure that your shoes fit before you take them home. If your shoes don’t fit, our store teams will be able to assist you with an exchange or a refund (on applicable products). Please note, that on the spot refunds for online orders are not available in stores, you will be refunded within 4 business days of returning the products.
When viewing a product, you can select the ‘Find in Store | Click & Collect’ button to see if the product is available at your local store. Please note that all items in your cart must be available at the one store for Click & Collect to be offered. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email usually within 4 business hours to notify you that the order is ready for collection. Please note that on busier sale days, this time frame may be extended.
You will have a maximum of 21 days to collect your order once it is available. Should you not collect your order within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
